We love our little ones, we really do! However we respectfully request no children on this night. We hope you take this an as opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting black tie dress code for the evening. For men, tux are welcomed but optional, this means suits or button down shirts and dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor length gowns, elegant dresses or jumpsuits are appropriate. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe and weather. If you're unsure ⎯ it's always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed! Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the bridal party will be wearing shades of green). You can find our wedding weekend mood board below!

Outdoor! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoor. The reception is outside with slight coverage. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

You have the option of booking your airport transfer directly from your hotel concierge, for more information please reach out to your hotel to coordinate. Additional option is booking with our wedding weekend transportation company via WhatsApp. Contact Juan Cruz (+52 415 177 6738) to request and reminder to say you're here for the Everhart wedding. Juan will be available for airport transfers as well as San Miguel intercity transportation. For the wedding day, we will have provided transportation via Juan with pick up/drop off at Casa Hoyos in downtown San Miguel.

No, overnight parking is not allowed. We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guest will have transportation accommodations provided. Please be aware that our venue is in a rural area. There are no ubers and taxis, so please plan accordingly. We will provide a shuttle for those attending.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Please RSVP by March 15, 2026 or once your formal invitation has been received. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. We kindly ask that you respond on this date so we can plan accordingly. We understand that last minute situations can happen, please give up notice if your plans change.

We recommend staying downtown San Miguel de Allende to experience the town and all that it has to offer! There are a number of options nearby and we suggest booking one at your earliest convenience. At this time, Casa Hoyos is fully booked for the wedding weekend. Another option we recommend is Hotel Concepcion, please inquire with Gerardo - boutiquehotelconcepcion@gmail.com with the subject heading "Everhart Wedding May 2026" to utilize the weekend discount.
